Referral Anyone can refer a child
or youth to the Project. Please see About Us for information
about who we serve. We are also available to answer questions about whether a
child might qualify for services, programs serving children and families, teaching
strategies, resources, etc.
 When
a family, school or agency wishes to have us involved, we need a formal written
request and would like permission to review recent records. It is especially
important to have as much information as is available on the vision and hearing
assessments, both medical and functional.
